Our Team
Annabel Green
Annabel took a leap of faith in May 2011! She set up Resourcing4HR having worked in the HR recruitment arena for ten years, following an eight year career in financial recruitment. Keen to build a brand that was candidate centric with strong values around relationships and long term partnerships with her clients, she focused her knowledge and expertise on delivery, always putting the customer, whether that be candidate or client, first. Now she doesn’t look back! The boutique, niche service that she, and her colleagues offer, has made Resourcing4HR what it is today. A tried and tested model in the industry and one that has built up a strong reputation through our networking relationships in the HR community.
When taking time out (do recruiters ever do that??) from running the business and partnering our clients, she spends time driving three very active, sporty children around to many an activity. Passionate about holidays (loves skiing trips!) and her dog Bentley, she doesn’t have much time left in the week other than eating out and socialising regularly with hubby Andy and friends.
Ginny Rennie
Ginny started out in recruitment over 25 years ago, working for an initial 10 years gaining agency experience in London, working across various sectors where she achieved consistent significant success as the top consultant in her division for over five years.
After taking a break from recruitment to raise her two children, Ginny returned to utilise her skills and expertise in the field of Marketing and Sales and in 2018 launched Resourcing4Marketing. Known for her consultative approach, she values mutually successful outcomes for both clients and candidates and takes pleasure in achieving them.
It was through their daughters’ shared love for sports on the netball court that Annabel and Ginny crossed paths. Instantly, they recognised their similar work styles and values. Working side by side Resourcing4Marketing was born out of the success of Resourcing4HR and now align, working with the same ethos and values of exceptional service and advice to both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Ginny can often be found supporting her son’s activities on the golf courses, or driving her daughter around Hertfordshire for various events and activities. A love of travel to the sun or snow, a passion for good food and wine and spending time with family and friends are all top priorities too!
